Booking terms

These terms apply when you book a game or voucher with Whitley Bay Escape Rooms at 4A Park View.

Your booking

A booking is for a specific game and time slot. Payment is taken through our booking system, Resova, when you book. Please check the player numbers and game details before you pay.

Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes before your slot for a short briefing. If you are running late, call us on 0191 435 8428. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may be unable to run the game.

Team size

Most games are for 2 to 6 players, and some can take 7. If you want to add extra people after booking, you can — up to the maximum for that game — and pay the difference on the day.

Cancellations

We cannot offer a refund once booked. If you contact us at least 48 hours before your slot we are happy to reschedule to another date.

Age and behaviour

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Nightmare Manor is a horror game and is not suitable for anyone under 12. Alcohol is not allowed in the rooms. Anyone who appears under the influence may be asked to leave without a refund.

Access

The premises are on the first floor and only accessible via stairs, so the rooms are not wheelchair accessible. Entry doors are left unlocked for fire safety.
